National Talkshow of AIDS Concerned Student Group 2022

The AIDS Care Student Group (KMPA) held an online National Talkshow with the theme "Global Health Emergency: Impact of the New Era of Pandemic on Use of HIV Therapy, Care, and Vaccine". This activity is expected to broaden the horizons of students of the Faculty of Medicine and the general public regarding the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on PLWHA/PLWHIV.

 

This event was attended and opened directly online by the Dean of FK Unud, Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes., who in his speech expressed the hope that all of us are always vigilant by carrying out various activities in tackling HIV/AIDS, so that we can inspire and provide the best and latest information to the public. During this pandemic, there are also many PLWHA/PLWHIV who are affected both in terms of the medicines they take and many others, so it is also hoped that this talk show can provide an overview to the general public about the impacts and ways to overcome them.

 

The KMPA 2022 National Talkshow was also attended by KMPA Trustees, dr. I Made Oka Negara, M. Biomed, FIAS., Representative of BEM, Chair or representative of each LMFK, BSO, and HM.

 

Today's activity is in the form of a talk with resource persons who are competent in their fields, namely Dr. dr. I Ketut Agus Somia, Sp. PD-KPTI, FINASIM and Mrs. Trius Handayani with moderator dr. Made Lady Adelaida Purwanta, S.Ked.
