Improve Management and Soft Skills of Students, BEM FTP Unud Holds LKMM and Soft Skill FTP 2022 by Hybrid

The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University held a Student Management Skills Training (LKMM) and Soft Skill 2022 at the Widya Sabha Auditorium, Udayana University, Bukit Jimbaran. The peak of the activity lasted for 3 days on April 8-10 2022. The series of activities had started from Pre-LKMM & Soft Skill 2022, namely debriefing on 12th, 19th, 25th March 2022.


Theme of LKMM and Soft Skill FTP 2022 is "Ksatria Dhirendra Pragiwakya" which means a leader who is brave, knowledgeable and wise. Versailles Nugraha as a chairman committee reported that the number of participants from this activity was 182 people consisting of 155 people attending offline and 27 people attending online. Participants came from students from the three study programs at FTP, namely the Food Technology Study Program, the Industrial Agricultural Technology Study Program and the Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering Study Program.


The highlight of the 2022 LKMM and Soft Skill FTP event was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Prof. Ir. I Made Anom Sutrisna Wijaya, M.App.Sc.,Ph.D., who was accompanied by Deputy Dean Mrs. Dr. Ir. Komang Ayu Nocianitri, M.Agr.Sc., and attended by Assistant Lecturers of Student Organizations, Coordinators of TP, TIP, TPB Study Programs and Masters of TP FTP Unud and Head of Student Organization Institutions in the Faculty of Agricultural Technology.


LKMM and Soft Skill activities are very useful activities for students where students are required to think critically, creatively and innovatively. Students are provided with trainings to improve their leadership skills by developing managerial skills.


The activities on the first day were the Opening of the LKMM & Soft Skills Event which was immediately opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Unud, and the presentation of material with the theme “Leader In Every Situation” by I Gusti Agung Ayu Berlian Audya Parimayuna, S.KM., M.PH. who is Miss Indonesia Bali 2017 and Founder of We Are Brilliant.


The activities carried out on the second day were Presentation of Activity Ideas from each participant group and Presentation of Materials related to the “Development of Agricultural Technology in Revolution 4.0” by I Komang Triska Ananda Dilivianugraha Priantara who is the Co-Founder of Agritech Start Up Panenpa Indonesia. The third day's activities contained careful scrutiny between groups of participants, Introduction of Committees and Student organization in the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Announcement of King & Queen LKMM & Soft Skill 2022 and Arif Maharesi Mendrofa selected as King and Ermiati as Queen LKMM & Softskill 2022 and closing activity symbolically by the Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Prof. Ir. I Made Anom Sutrisna Wijaya, M.App.Sc.,Ph.D.,


Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology Prof. Ir. I Made Anom Sutrisna Wijaya, M.App.Sc.,Ph.D. hopes this activity can be a stimulus for students at FTP Unud to be more active, creative and contributive and can have good leadership and soft skills which later can be a good provision in living life as a student or in the world of work.
