Upgrading KMPA 2022

The AIDS Care Student Group (KMPA) of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University held an online KMPA 2022 Upgrading event with the theme "Expand The Knowledge, Unleash The Capability, To Create A Prospective Generation".

 

This activity was attended and opened by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information Prof.dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D. In this event, he said that Upgrading is the right place to help participants improve their organizational soft skills and develop knowledge related to HIV/AIDS through the materials provided. He hopes that the 2022 KMPA Upgrading can provide positive outputs related to the provision of future BSO KMPA cadres and continue to care about HIV/AIDS issues in accordance with the vision and mission of BSO KMPA FK Unud. It is also hoped that through the 2022 KMPA Upgrading, it can become a development medium, both for individuals, groups, and institutions. He highly appreciated the hard work of the committee in organizing this event.

 

The 2022 KMPA upgrading was also attended by the KMPA BSO supervisor, dr. Made Oka Negara, S.Ked., M.Biomed., FIAS, Eduardo Kenjiro as the representative of BEM, and Head of BSO KMPA Tjokorda Istri Devitia Widya Paramita Putri.

 

This upgrading activity was attended by 220 people from six study programs at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University and this event was packaged consisting of several agendas which included material presentations by;

1. dr. I Made Oka Negara, S.Ked., M.Biomed., FIAS with the topic “Is It Possible To End HIV/AIDS in 2030?”

2. dr. Cokorda Wahyu Purnamasidhi, Sp.PD., M.Biomed with the topic "Covid-19 Vaccine for PLWHIV".

 

After the presentation of the material, the 2022 KMPA Upgrading event was followed by a presentation of the 7 divisions in BSO KMPA by each division head.
