Internal Visitation of the Collegium of the Orthopedic and Traumatology Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University / Sanglah Hospital

The internal collegium of the Orthopedic and Traumatology Specialist Study Program conducts field assessments in the context of re-accrediting the Orthopedic and Traumatology Specialist study program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University to maintain and improve the quality of education and services. Located in Dr A A Made Djelantik's venue, the field assessment was held from March 31 to April 1, 2022 with 2 assessors, namely:
1. Dr. dr. Ferdiansyah, Sp.OT(K) (Assessor 1)
2. dr. Istan Irmansyah, Sp.OT(K) (Assessor 2)
The event was started and opened with remarks from the Dean of Unud Medical Faculty, Dr.dr.Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes who in his speech said that to produce graduates expected by the community, of course the study program must develop resources and supporting devices.
These supporting tools must be supported by a quality assurance system to ensure the implementation of these supporting tools. The internal quality assurance system needs to be complemented by an external quality assurance system to help identify weaknesses that can still be developed.
"The hope is for the assessor team to look at us objectively and provide input and direction so that we can become even better, so that we are better prepared for accreditation from Lam-PTKes. Hopefully this visitation can provide the greatest benefit for the development of study programs in the future," said Dr. January
This activity was also attended by the President Director of Sanglah Hospital, President Director of Wangaya Hospital, Chair of the Bali Region PABOI, Deputy Deans of FK Unud, Head of Department and Coordinator of Specialist Study Programs for Orthopedics and Traumatology of FK Unud, Coordinator of UP3M FK Unud, and Coordinator of UP2M FK Unud. .
Today's assessment agenda is;
1. Meeting of the Assessor Team with the leadership of the Study Program Management Unit, and the Forum for Practice
2. Presentation and clarification by the head of the Study Program Management Unit
3. Discussion of the Assessor Team with the head of the Study Program Management Unit
4. Interviews and assessments of the adequacy of lecturers who teach in the study program.
5. Interviews and assessments of the adequacy of education personnel regarding academic and non-academic services.
6. Interviews and assessments with students representing all students from each class regarding academic and non-academic services.
7. Interviews and assessments with graduate users
