FACULTY OF AGRICULTURE HOLDS MUSRENBANG IN 2023

The Faculty of Agriculture on Tuesday 22 March 2022 held the MUSRENBANG (the 2023 Planning and Development Deliberation took place offline at the Sudirman campus Agrocomplex building. The Musrenbang was attended by all leaders of the Faculty of Agriculture, Dean of FP , Deputy Dean 1, Deputy Dean 2, Deputy Dean 3, Coordinator S1, S2 and S3 Study Programs, and was also attended by the Head of Administration and the Head of Subdivision of FP.

Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Gede Ustriyana, MM. in his direction conveyed that development planning coordination is an effort that needs to be carried out continuously and needs to be carried out both vertically and horizontally according to the problems or needs. So far, development planning deliberation efforts have been ongoing, both at the faculty level and jointly in the form of coordination meetings.

The purpose of the 2023 Musrenbang is to coordinate the planning of main programs in order to realize the annual activity plan to be included in the activity agenda in 2023. The program targets and work plan of this year's Musrenbang must be based on the KPI (Key Performance Indicators), in which there are 8 indicators. which must be considered include: 1. Graduates get decent jobs, 2. Students get experience outside the campus, 3. Lecturers are active outside the campus, 4. Practitioners teach on campus, 5. The work of lecturers is used by the community or gets international recognition, 6. Study programs in collaboration with world-class partners, 7. Collaborative classes, 8. International standard study programs. In achieving the strategic targets as outlined in the Strategic Business Plan for the Year which will be outlined in the Annual Budget Activity Plan (RKAT) for the upcoming 2023 Fiscal year.
