The 145 Graduation of Faculty of Engineering

The Improving Spirit of Entrepreneurship activities and Graduation Ceremony on period 145 were last graduation event on this year. This is the sixth graduation in 2021, which was carried out by online. On Thursday, December 9, 2021, this very limited event took a place in Sidang I room, 3rd Floor, Dean Building of Engineering Faculty, Jimbaran.


The Vice Dean for Academic and Planning Prof. I Nyoman Suprapta Winaya, S.T.,M.A.Sc.,Ph.D said the purpose of this graduation is giving a motivation about entrepreneurship knowledge by inviting speaker from alumni that has experience full in work world.

I Nyoman Suprapta Winaya in his speech said that the total of graduate on this graduation is 44 graduates, consisting of 3 Doctoral Program graduates, 4 Master Program, and 37 graduates from Bachelor Program. The total alumni since 1987 are 13.303. The faculty best graduate is Dr. Ir. I Made Kariyana, S.T.,M.T from Study Program of Engineering Science Doctoral, Hisyam Rahmawan Suharno, S.T.,M.T from Study Program of Master Electrical Engineering, and Ida Bagus Kade Taruna, S.Kom from Study Program of Bachelor Information Technology.


The invited speaker is alumnus Study Program of Architecture Ms. I Gusti Ayu Novi Yutami, S.T.,M.T.,M.Sc. In his speech, Ayu Novi Yutami was shared a story of his career. Ayu Novi Yutami was also given a tips how to fight a fear, and other tips that can be using to face the work world in future.

This event was closed by speech of the Dean of Engineering Faculty Ir. I Ketut Sudarsana, S.T.,Ph.D, who conveyed his congratulations to parents, love, especially to all graduates on the-145 graduation for their success in studying at the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University.


I Ketut Sudarsana convey that the graduates has to understand what skill needs in Revolution Industry 4.0 era, known 6C-Skill that are communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creative thinking, computational logic and compassion, also 3 new literacy (data literacy, technology, and human). However, I Ketut Sudarsana said that beside the 6C-Skills and 3 new literacies, the most important thing to be success in the work world is “honesty and work with heart”.

“The knowledge that you’ve prepared, the competence that you have, and the study experiences at university as a sense, make it all in line on profession that you’ll choose”.
