Empirical Study of FH UNUD Legal Studies Team to the Capital Region of the Archipelago

Balikpapan, FLUNUD.ac.id - The FH UNUD team consisting of the Dean, Deputy Dean II, Head of the IKN Law Team, professors, lecturers and staff conducted empirical studies to 2 places in Kalimantan Province, namely: Kutai Kartanegara Regent's Office and the Archipelago Capital Region (IKN) on October 27-28, 2023. This empirical study aims to find data on the structure of government, population and existing local wisdom in order to compile studies and draft laws regulating territory, authority, and local wisdom in the Archipelago Capital Region.

In addition, the visit was carried out to see firsthand the condition of the IKN area and its area consisting of the Government Center Core Area (KIPP), the State Capital Area (KIKN), the State Capital Development Area (KPIKN) and the Partner Region.
