Accreditation Field Assessment of the Clinical Microbiology Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University

 

The Independent Accreditation Institute for Higher Education in Health (LAM-PTKes) conducted a field assessment in the context of Accreditation of the Clinical Microbiology Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. This accreditation is carried out to maintain and improve the quality of education and services at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.

 

The opening ceremony was held in Dr. A A Made Djelantik, FK Unud Denpasar Building, where the field assessment by LAM-PTKes will be held for 3 days from 5 to 7 October 2023 with 2 assessors, namely:

1. Prof. Dr. Dr. Dedi Rahmadi, Sp.A(K), M.Kes (assessor 1)

2. dr. Sudirman Katu, Sp.PD-KPTI (assessor 2)

The event began with remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. Dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes., and opened by the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at Udayana University Prof. Dr. Ir. I Gede Rai Maya Temaja, MP.

 

Prof. January develop even better.

"We ask the assessor team to provide as much input and direction as possible so that in the future the Clinical Microbiology Specialist Study Program can produce graduates according to its vision and mission," he said.

 

Meanwhile Prof. Rai Maya Temaja said that most of the study programs at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University had the distinction of being superior and hoped that the Clinical Microbiology Specialist Study Program would get the desired score, namely superior.

 

After being officially opened, the event continued with a presentation by the Dean of FK Unud regarding the general description of the Study Program Management Unit (UPPS), as well as a presentation from the Coordinator of the Clinical Microbiology Specialist Study Program, Dr. Ni Nengah Dwi Fatmawati, Sp.MK., Ph.D., regarding the profile of the Clinical Microbiology Specialist Study Program.

 

This activity was also attended by Representatives of the Main Director of RSUP Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah, Main Director of Unud Hospital, Main Director of Unud RSGM, Chair of Unud LP3M, Head of USDI, Head of Unud Library, Directors and Representatives of Network Hospitals, Chair of the Unud FK Senate, Deputy Deans of Unud FK, Study Program Coordinators, Heads of Departments , Unit Coordinators, Chair of the FK Unud/RSUP Komkordik Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah, and the entire Accreditation Task Force Team.

 

The assessment agenda is as follows;

1. Meeting of the assessor team with the leadership of the study program management unit and practical facility.

2. Discussion of the assessor team with the leadership of the Study Program management unit.

3. Assessor Questions and Answers with SPMI (Internal Quality Assurance System) and UPPS

4. Discussions with graduate users regarding Hospitals & Educational Facilities, Alumni

5. Interviews and assessments of the adequacy of educational staff regarding academic and non-academic services.

6. Interviews and assessments with students representing all students from each class regarding academic and non-academic services.

7. Visits to learning facilities and infrastructure and student activities.
