Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Kadek Januarsa Adi Sudharma, who works as a Lecturer at the National Education University (UNDIKNAS), successfully earned a Doctorate degree with a dissertation entitled "MODEL OF LEGAL PROTECTION OF SMALL MICRO ENTERPRISES WITH BIG ENTERPRISES BASED ON CONSINYATION PARTNERSHIP POLA CONTRACTS." It was held on Tuesday (07/08/2023) at the FH Hall of UNUD Denpasar Campus. 

The doctoral promotion was led directly by the Dean of FH UNUD (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, S.H., M.Hum.) accompanied by the Promoter Team: Prof. Dr. Ni Ketut Supasti Dharmawan, S.H., M.Hum., LLM., Dr. I Made Sarjana, S.H., M.H., Prof. Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, S.H., M.Hum., and 4 other examining lecturers.

The results showed that the nature of the protection of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) based on the consignment partnership pattern with large business actors, namely: philosophically, the social ideals and ideals desired by the 1945 Constitution are to create social justice for all Indonesian people. The principle of protection in economic law, especially MS activities, namely: fair and prosperous society. The values of justice that must be implemented are the values of balance, appropriateness, good faith, and legal protection for the parties. Based on the principle of freedom of contract, everyone has the right to enter into an agreement with equal position between parties and justice, so that in the absence of a partnership agreement between business actors and MSE actors who partner with the consignment pattern, it will not create equality and justice for MSE actors.
