Exploration of Collaboration between the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University and Belu Regency, East Nusa Tenggara

 

Located in the Dean's meeting room, Udayana University Faculty of Medicine Building, Udayana University Faculty of Medicine received a visit from the Belu Regency Government in order to explore cooperation regarding the need for ophthalmologists in Belu Regency, NTT. (12/7/2023)

 

Belu Regent, dr. Taolin Agustinus, Sp.PD-KGEH., FINASIM., was received directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes.

 

In his remarks, Dr. Januartha expressed his gratitude for the visit of the Regent to the Faculty of Medicine of Udayana University, and hoped that this would be an opportunity for the Faculty of Medicine of Unud to carry out cooperation between the Belu Regency government and the Faculty of Medicine at Udayana University.

 

"Our hope is that this collaboration can develop in all fields of higher education tridharma, and in the future the Faculty of Medicine of Udayana University can send independent residents to improve health services, especially in the field of eye health." he said.

 

This event was also attended by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. dr. I.Md. Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D., Head of the Department of Ophthalmology, Dr. dr. I Wayan Gede Jayanegara, Sp.M(K), Coordinator of the Eye Health Specialist Study Program, Dr. dr. Anak Agung Mas Putrawati Triningrat, S.Ked., Sp.M(K)., and the Coordinator of the Information and Cooperation Management Unit (UPIKS) Dr. dr. Ida Ayu Ika Wahyuniari, S.Ked., M.Kes
