Field Visit of the Education Coordinating Committee (Komkordik) and Doctor Profession Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University

The Komkordik together with the Doctor Profession Study Program conducted a field visit to the Bali Mandara Regional General Hospital (RSBM). Chairman of the Komkordik Prof. IGNG Ngoerah Hospital, dr. I Gusti Putu Suka Aryana, Sp. PD, K-Ger, FINASIM., together with the Coordinator of the Doctor Professional Study Program, Dr. I Wayan Eka Sutyawan, Sp.M (K)., were greeted directly by the Deputy Director of Medical Services, Chair of the Medical Services Division and Chair of the RSBM Komkordik.

This visitation was carried out in preparation for RSBM as a vehicle for the education of young doctors for the Medical Profession Program of the Faculty of Medicine UNUD. Educational vehicles are still very much needed to be able to increase the adequacy of patients and the achievement of clinical competence of students.

The visitation also saw the readiness of infrastructure and facilities to support education such as the availability of boarding rooms, discussion rooms, guard rooms and lockers for students. On that occasion, observations were also made regarding the number of patient visits, DPJP doctors who had undergone the TOT Clinical Teacher who would later serve as clinical educator doctors at RSBM.

This activity was also attended by the Person in Charge of Medical Profession Education, Education Coordinator from the Departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dermatology and Venereology, Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy, Surgery, Internal Medicine, and ENT-KL
