Community Service in Pancasari Village, Buleleng Regency by the Bachelor of Law Study Program, Faculty of Law, UNUD

Buleleng, FLUNUD.ac.id – A Community Service activity was held by the Academic Community of the Faculty of Law UNUD in Pancasari Village, Buleleng Regency on Saturday (3/12/2022). This community service began with an opening by the Deputy Dean II of the Faculty of Law UNU (Dr. Anak Agung Istri Ari Atu Dewi, SH., MH.) which took place at the Pancasari Village Head Office. The parties who participated in this activity included Deputy Dean I FH UNUD (Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, SH., M.Hum.), Corp. .Kn.), Lecturers and Educational Staff of the Faculty of Law of Udayana University, Head of the Traditional Village of Pancasari Village, Head of Pancasari Village, and several Pancasari Village officials.

 

Community service activities in Pancasari Village were carried out with discussions on the Awig-Awig of Pancasari Village. The Regional Government of the Province of Bali has issued the Regional Regulation of the Province of Bali No. 4 of 2019 concerning Traditional Villages in Bali which regulates in detail regarding Awig-Awig, starting from the party who compiled it, the stages of the drafting process up to the legal subject regulated in the Awig-Awig. In addition, Prajuru Desa Adat is given the authority to make other regulations explicitly as the implementation of Awig-Awig, Pararem, or based on the needs of the Traditional Village and/or the assignment of the Regional Government.

 

Then it also discussed the collaboration that would be carried out between the Faculty of Law UNUD and Pancasari Village regarding the implementation of the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) scheme for Building Villages / Thematic KKN and independent apprenticeships. The community service event in Pancasari Village was closed with a joint prayer and cleaning activity at the Puncak Sangkur Temple which is located not far from the Office Hall of the Pancasari Village Head.
