Webinars and Series II Workshops help students improve their scientific writing and publication skills as part of their doctoral studies in medical sciences.
Continuing the webinar series "How To Improve Research Paper and Publication" in order to improve the ability to write and publish scientific papers for students, the Medical Sciences Doctoral Program Unud continues to hold a Series II Webinar entitled "Implementation of EBM and Statistics for Systematic Review and Meta -Analysis” hybrid from Prof.'s room. dr. This limited and selected event which was attended specifically by 60 participants from students and lecturers presented 2 resource persons who were very competent in their fields, namely Prof. Pande Putu Januraga, M.Kes, Dr.PH from the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University and Dr. Melva Lousia, S.Si, M.Biomed from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia, moderated by Dr. dr. Cokorda Bagus Jaya Lesmana, MARS, Sp.KJ(K)
The event began with a report from the Chairman of the Committee, Dr. dr. Dyah Kanya Wati, Sp.A (K)., and continued with the opening by the Coordinator of the Doctoral Study Program, Prof. Dr. dr. I Made Jawi, M.Kes. In his speech, Prof. Jawi said that this activity was very important and useful to directly train doctoral students in practice to write good scientific writings, either in the form of systematic reviews or meta-analysis, with the final output being publication in a competent journal.
"Hopefully this activity can help in the process of publishing scientific papers to the international level and can help students complete their education on time because the publications are ready early." This was conveyed by Prof. Ox.
In addition to giving lectures and discussions, this event was also enriched with direct writing assistance, guided by two facilitators, Dr.dr. Dyah Kanya Wati, Sp.A(K) and Dr. dr. Made Ratna Saraswati, Sp.PD-KEMD, FINASIM. Today's activity is the second in a series of 3 (three) webinar series organized by the Medical Science Doctoral Study Program, and the third series will be held webinars & workshops on publication to journals.
