Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University Held a Judiciary and Inauguration of Veterinarians in August 2022
The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University (FVM Unud) held the Judiciary and Inauguration of Veterinarians for the 4th Period of 2022, Wednesday (03/08/2022). The event was held offline in the Nusantara room, Agrocomplex Building, Udayana Sudirman University Campus. by implementing strict COVID-19 prevention protocols. The Judiciary and Inauguration activities were attended by the Dean, Vice Deans, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Heads, Heads of Laboratories, Sub-Coordinators in the Unud FVM. Besides that, representatives of the Indonesian Veterinary Medical Association (IVMA) Bali Branch, Unud Veterinary Alumni Association, Representatives of the Head of Bali Agricultural Quarantine, Representatives of the Head of the Denpasar Veterinary Center, Representatives of the Head of the Denpasar Agricultural Technology Study Center, Representatives of the Head of Denpasar Excelent Livestock Breeding Center, representatives of the Head of the Bali Provincial Agriculture Office, Representatives of the Head of Animal Health Division of the Agriculture Office of Badung Regency, Representative of the Head of Animal Health at the Denpasar City Agriculture Office, Representative of PT. Charoen Pockpand, PT, Wonokoyo. The number of graduates who attended were: 2 Graduates of Master of Veterinary Science, 10 Graduates of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and 22 Graduates of Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine.
The event began with the reading of a prayer represented by Ni Putu Eka Nadi which was then continued with the report of the Vice Dean for Academic and Planning FVM Dr. drh. I Gusti Ngurah Sudisma, M.Si.. Dr. Sudisma said the number of judicial participants consisted of 34 undergraduates, 2 masters, 7 DVM, and 22 undergraduates. Until now, the number of graduates from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Udayana is 2,636. The highest GPA of the Master of Veterinary Medicine Program is 3.98 and the lowest GPA is 3.94, with an average GPA of 3.96. The highest GPA for the veterinary profession program is 3.77 and the lowest is 3.45 with an average of 3.62. Based on the length of study for the veterinary master program is 100%, the veterinary profession, graduating on time (4 semesters) is 100%. The highest GPA for the undergraduate veterinary program is 3.86, the lowest GPA is 3.26 and the average GPA is 3.71. Based on the length of study for the undergraduate veterinary program, 91% for 8 semesters, 4.5% for 10 semesters and 4.5% for 12 semesters.
The event was continued by confirming the graduate and master's degree program participants by the Dean of FKH Unud Prof. Dr. dr. I. As for the participants of the inauguration of the professional program, a veterinarian was sworn in, followed by the giving of diplomas, transcripts and placards.
The Dean of FVM Unud congratulated the judiciary participants for having been able to complete their education well. Prof. Suartha also conveyed a message to the judiciary participants and their families, namely "veterinarians to carry out their profession by adhering to the oath and code of ethics for veterinarians. graduate students of veterinary medicine who have been graduated to return to their profession in the world of work.”.
The event was continued with speeches and messages from representatives of the judiciary participants (drh. Gerda Ivana Niniarta Ginting, S.KH.). drh. Gerda Ivana Niniarta Ginting, S.KH expressed his gratitude for the knowledge and experience that had been given as well as the facilities in achieving all of this to the academic community of FVM Unud. The event continued with remarks and impressions of messages from representatives of the parents of the judiciary participants, represented by Ananta Suryadarma Ginting. Representatives of the parents of graduates expressed their gratitude to Udayana University, especially FVM Unud for guiding and educating our children patiently so that they can achieve graduation well. Veterinary graduates are expected to be able to apply their knowledge to the community diligently and with full commitment. The graduation ceremony for veterinary graduates and the inauguration of veterinarians went smoothly. The event ended with a group photo (O).
