Dean of Medical Faculty Unud Signs SKB with Kemendikbud, Research and Technology and Ministry of Health
The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes., attended the signing of the Joint Decree (SKB) of the Ministry of Education and Culture Research and Technology and the Ministry of Health which was held at the Ministry of Education and Culture Complex, Building D Jakarta. This SKB concerns an increase in the quota for student admissions for the Bachelor of Medicine Program, Specialist Doctor Program and the addition of the Specialist Doctoral Study Program (PPDS) through the Academic Health System (AHS).
The Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology on its official website states that the implementation of the transformation of the health system must be fully supported by making efforts to accelerate the fulfillment of the needs of doctors and specialists-sub-specialists through the Academic Health System (AHS) scheme. One of the strategies implemented is through increasing student quotas and adding study programs under the AHS scheme.
The Joint Committee of the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Health has drawn up a Joint Decree (SKB) Joint Decree of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology and the Minister of Health on Increasing the Quota of Student Admissions for the Bachelor of Medicine Program, Specialist Doctor Program and the addition of Specialist Doctor Study Programs through the Academic Health System, to implement this common policy
