Field Assessment for Undergraduate Public Health Study Program Accreditation, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University
The Independent Accreditation Institute for Health Higher Education (LAM-PTKes) conducted a field assessment in the context of accreditation of the Undergraduate Public Health Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. This accreditation is carried out in order to maintain and improve the quality of education and services at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.
Located in dr. A A Made Djelantik, Field Assessment by LAM-PTKes was held for 2 days from 4 to 5 July 2022 with 2 assessors, namely:
1. Prof. Dr. Ridwan Amiruddin, SKM., M.Kes., M.Sc.PH. (Assessor 1)
2. Prof. Dr. Dra. Dewi Susanna, M.Kes (Assessor 2)
The event began with remarks from the Dean of the Unud Medical Faculty, Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes and opened by the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Gede Rai Maya Temaja, MP.
In his speech, Dr. Januartha said that he wanted to realize FK Unud as an institution that produces quality graduates, ready to serve the community, able to compete at local, national and international levels.
"We hope that the assessor team will provide input, so that the spaces or gaps that we have not developed and are still lacking can be repaired. In the future, hopefully the process of developing study programs can run continuously, have competent graduates, ready to devote their knowledge to the community, and create graduates who are superior, independent and cultured," he said.
Meanwhile, Prof. Rai on this occasion expressed his hope that the Undergraduate Public Health Study Program would get excellent marks following the 17 study programs at Udayana University that had obtained superior scores.
"Our hope is of course that the assessor team will provide input and objective views for the progress of the study program, so that the public health undergraduate study program can get superior scores," he said.
This activity was also attended by representatives of the Bali Provincial Health Office, Denpasar City Health Service Representatives, Director of Human Resources and Education at Sanglah Hospital, Representatives of the Director of Unud Hospital, Head of LP3M Unud, Head of USDI, Head of Unud Libraries, Deputy Deans of FK Unud, Heads of Departments , Study Program Coordinators, Unit Coordinators, and the entire Accreditation Task Force Team.
Today's assessment agenda is;
1. Assessor team meeting with the head of the study program management unit,
2. Confirmation of student engagement, achievement, service, and satisfaction
3. Confirmation of expectations, satisfaction or input from external stakeholders regarding study program outcomes
4. Confirmation of performance, involvement, service, and satisfaction of lecturers
5. Confirmation of performance, engagement, service,
and satisfaction of education personnel
