Udayana University Collaborates with Nacalai Tesque, Inc. Japan

Jimbaran - Udayana University (Unud) has collaborated with Nacalai Tesque, Inc. Japan, which was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by the Rector of Unud Prof. Ir. I Ketut Sudarsana, ST., Ph.D with President Director Nacalai Tesque Mr. Nakarai Dai took place in the Bahasa Room of the Jimbaran Campus Rectorate Building, Thursday (16/1/2025).

A glance of Nacalai Tesque. Inc, this company is a company operating in the fields of pharmaceuticals, cell development and stem cells. As an implementation of the MoU, the Cooperation Agreement was also signed by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes with Executive Director Nacalai Tesque Mr. Hashimoto Akira which was continued with presentations and discussions.

Rector of Unud Prof. I Ketut Sudarsana said that the signing of this MoU was the beginning of collaboration in the academic and research fields which is expected to bring great benefits to both parties. This is also part of a commitment to fostering global academic exchange and advancing scientific research.

This collaboration is expected to expand access to cutting-edge knowledge and ensure the academic community remains at the forefront of global research. This collaboration also allows the faculty at Unud to collaborate, share knowledge and be involved in joint research projects which are expected to contribute to innovative research that can benefit the global community.

Meanwhile, President Director Nacalai Tesque Mr. Nakarai Dai welcomed this collaboration and hoped that it could advance research activities at Udayana University such as technology and others. Apart from that, it is also hoped that it can contribute to creating new industries and research developments in Bali as well as a quality and innovative future through this collaboration.
