Arief Abdurrakhman, ST., MT, Vice Dean III Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Unud Dr. I Made Anom Wiranata, S.IP., MA, Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, Unud I Wayan Gede Astawa Karang, S.Si., M.Si., Ph.D and Head of Information Technology Services at USDI Unud I Made Widiartha , S.Si., M.Kom. Apart from internal participants from Unud, this workshop was also attended by participants from several other universities.

Committee Chair Dr. Kade Dwita Apriani, S.Sos., MIP in his report said that this was the second activity, where from the results of last year's review the effect of this activity was quite good and it can be reported that the development of the tracer study numbers and also the KPI 1 from Udayana University can be said to be quite good. This is encouraging compared to the journey three years ago where KPI 1 was zero, then rose to 33, last year it was 77 and this year the Ministry's target is 76 percent, so the CDC and related leaders and units are also pursuing the response rate. The best weight is owned by students who are entrepreneurs. For next year, USDI has prepared a dashboard that can check tracer study results every day or real counts later in 2025, the system is ready but improvements are still being made.

The number of participants who have confirmed their attendance to take part in this workshop is 157 people. He hopes that the event will run smoothly and provide benefits for everyone and that a similar event can be held again next year.

Vice Rector for Student Affairs at Unud Dr. Gusti Ngurah Alit Susanta Wirya in his speech said that the aim of this activity was to improve the tracer study achievements of Udayana University and other universities in Bali. Udayana wants to learn from the good practices carried out by the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology. Through this activity, the party also wants to know whether there have been any changes to the technical rules in implementing tracer studies from policy makers this year. One effort to increase tracer study achievements is to ensure that the implementation of tracer studies at universities refers to the latest regulations from the Ministry. Therefore, it is important for all of us to listen to the presentation of material from one of the resource persons, namely the Director of Belmawa.

"Udayana itself has carried out a tracer study for alumni graduating in 2023 and is currently still running. Our response rate achievements are quite good, but there is still room for improvement," he said.

It was further explained that universities are now required to ensure that the quality of their graduates meets the needs of the world of work. Tracer study is a measurement method to see this. Good quality tracer study data produced by universities throughout Indonesia will really help the decision-making process at the national level in the future, both related to higher education and policies in the employment sector.

"We have high hopes that this activity can bring goodness to us all, not only for Udayana, but for other universities, ministry targets and national policies in general," he concluded.

The speakers, Director of Belmawa, delivered material related to the implementation of tracer studies in Indonesian universities including rules, objectives, benefits, conceptual framework, success indicators, KPI, best practices and achievements of tracer studies 2019-2022. Meanwhile, the Tracer Study Manager of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Deputy Dean III of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences and the Faculty of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries presented material related to best practices for implementing tracer studies at their respective institutions, and USDI delivered material related to the tracer study information service system at Udayana University.
