FGD Model of Holding Arrangement of Regionally-Owned Enterprises in Bali Province by the Invention Research Team of FH UNUD

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Monday (20/11/2023) The Invention Research Team of FH UNUD Lecturers chaired by Prof.Dr. I Made Sarjana, S.H., M.H. held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the theme "Holding Regulatory Model of Regionally Owned Enterprises in Bali Province" at the Grand Mirah Hotel, Denpasar. 

The event was opened by the Chief Researcher Prof.Dr. I Made Sarjana, S.H., M.H. as well as the Vice Dean III for Student Affairs and Information, then continued with the core discussion. The discussion session was moderated by Ni Komang Windu Rejeki (FH UNUD Student) by presenting 2 speakers: Dr. Sayu Ketut Sutrisna Dewi, S.E., M.M., Ak. (Lecturer of Faculty of Economics UNUD) and Dr. Anak Agung Gede Duwira Hadi Santosa, S.H., M.Hum. (Lecturer of Faculty of Law UNUD). The discussion received a fairly favorable response from the FGD participants who were representatives of agencies in Bali. 

The activity was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Denpasar Regional Office, Denpasar Research and Development Agency, Denpasar City Government, Head of Denpasar City Law Department, Head of Denpasar City Economic Department, Bali Provincial Procurement and Economic Bureau, Bali Provincial Legal Bureau, Bali Provincial Brida, Head of Law and Head of Economic Department of Badung Regency.
