Improve Services, FK Unud Evaluates Activities and Socializes Student Procedure Standards

 

In an effort to improve the quality of service to students, the Student Affairs Subdivision of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University held a Student Standard Operating Procedure meeting at the Prof. dr. I Goesti Ngoerah Gde Ngoerah meeting room, FK Unud Building, Denpasar. (24/11/2023) 

 

This meeting was chaired by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information Prof. dr. I Md Ady Wirawan, MPH, Ph.D., who was accompanied by Administrative Coordinator Ni Ketut Dewi Megawati, SH, MH, and Student Affairs Sub-coordinator Luh Putu Sri Arwati, SE, who discussed:

1. Basic provisions of student activities;

2. Provisions for the implementation of activities. 

3. Standards for facilities and equipment personnel. 

4. Standard procedures for accountability of activity budgets. 

5. Standard procedures for student organizations. 

6. Standard procedure for applying for dispensation 

7. Standard procedures for student affairs services. 

8. Student competition funding service

9. Scholarship service

10.Health services.

 

Attended by the Chairperson of the Student Executive Board (BEM), and the Heads of the Student Association (HM) of the Faculty of Medicine University, after the presentation the students continued the discussion with faculty leaders regarding standard student service procedures.
