Educational Workshop for Psychiatric Medicine Specialist Study Program

The Psychiatric Medicine Specialist Study Program held an Educational Workshop on Thursday, November 16 2023 in a hybrid manner with the main location in the meeting room, Dr. I Gusti Putu Panteri, Sp.KJ(K), Cempaka Building, 4th Floor, RSUP Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah, Denpasar. This activity was also attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Head of the Department of Psychiatry, Coordinator of the Psychiatric Medicine Specialist Study Program, Professor Prof. Dr. Dr. Luh Ketut Suryani, Sp.KJ(K), lecturer staff, hospital representatives using graduates, alumni representatives (Ikatriyana) and students (residents).

Moderated by Dr. Ni Made Leni, Sp.KJ., this workshop invited two speakers, namely dr. I Gusti Ayu Harry Sundariyati, S.Ked., MHPE who presented material on Aligning Graduate Learning Achievements with Student Learning Assessment and dr. I Made Winarsa Ruma, Ph.D who presented material on Implementing Tracer Study.

Apart from listening to the presentation of the material, workshop participants also received team work practice regarding the Alignment of CPL with Student Learning Assessment, as well as Evaluation of the Implementation and Results of Tracer Study by all course lecturers.

The workshop activities began with remarks by the chairman of the committee, Dr. Dr. Lely Setyawati Kurniawan, Sp.K.J., Subsp.F.(K) and remarks and opening of the event by the Dean of FK Unud Prof. Dr. Dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M. Kes., who in his speech said that a good curriculum must always be updated and reviewed to produce good graduates.

"The curriculum is expected to be a reference for producing good graduates. The curriculum must always be updated, reviewed and renewed in order to anticipate the demands of internal and external parties." he said

Suggestions and discussions that have taken place from all invitees have become input for improving the curriculum for the Psychiatric Medicine Specialist Study Program, FK Unud in the future. The activity then ended with reading the conclusion from the moderator, closing prayer and a group photo session.
