Visit of the Directorate General of AHU Kemenkumham RI: Socialization of Apostille in Bali Province

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - FH UNUD received a visit from representatives of the Directorate General of General Legal Administration (AHU) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia on Wednesday (06/09/2023) at the Denpasar Campus of FH UNUD. Representatives of the Directorate General of AHU Kemenkumham RI consisting of: Margaretha Uly Pakpahan, S.E., M.H. (First Expert Legal Analyst), Achmad Fikri Rasyidi, S.H., M.H. (First Expert Legal Analyst) and Louise Ruselis Sitorus, S.H. (First Expert Legal Analyst) were received directly by the Vice Dean I of FH UNUD (Prof. Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, S.H., M.Hum).
The purpose of the visit of representatives of the Directorate General of AHU Kemenkumham to gather input related to academic input regarding the socialization of Apostille in the Bali Province area. Apostille is a certificate that authenticates the validity of the origin of the document along with the signature of the official who certifies certain public documents, including diplomas, birth certificates, divorce certificates, power of attorney, and death certificates.
