Welcoming Dinner and Orientation Day International Sports & Physiotherapy Program Winter Semester 2023
The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, through the Undergraduate Physiotherapy and Physiotherapy Profession Study Program, is again holding an offline International Program in collaboration with the StudyinBali agency, Dortmund, Germany. (04/09/2023)
Before orientation day, a Welcoming Dinner was held which aimed to welcome international students as well as friendly activities between students and academic staff.
This program began officially with an Orientation Day held in the Prof. Meeting Room. Dr. I Gusti Ngoerah Gde Ngoerah, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, which was attended by 11 international students from various countries in Europe including Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands. The orientation day aims to introduce international students to the academic environment as part of the Udayana University academic community, especially the Faculty of Medicine.
The event was opened by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information, FK Unud, Prof. Dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D., where he warmly welcomed the arrival of these international students. “Thank you for choosing our institution for this program. I welcome you with pleasure. Hopefully you can go through this program well while enjoying the atmosphere in Bali. "Remain careful when traveling and maintain your health while in Bali," said Prof. Ady.
After the speech, this was followed by the presentation of Overview of Study in Udayana University for International Students material presented by the Head of the International Affairs Office, Dr. Eng Ni Nyoman Pujianiki, ST., MT., M. Meng., followed by a presentation of material regarding "Overview of Sports and Physiotherapy Course" by Mrs. Sayu Aryantari Putri Thanaya, S.Ft., M.Sc., as International Program Coordinator as well as presentation of material regarding "VISA and immigration services" by Asianna Oriental Service.
This activity was also attended by the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Physiotherapy and Physiotherapy Profession Study Program, Dr. Dr. Agung Wiwiek Indrayani, S.Ked, M.Kes., Coordinator of the Information and Communication Management Unit (UPIKS) FK Unud, Dr. Dr. Ida Ayu Ika Wahyuniari, M.Kes, and Head of the Physiotherapy Department, Ftr. Ari Wibawa, SSt.Ft, M.Fis.
