Soft Skill Training for Specialist Study Program Students for Odd Semester 2023/2024 Academic Year.

 

The Education Coordinator (Komkordik) of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University held Soft Skill Training activities for Specialist Study Program Students of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year.

 

The training, which was coordinated by the KP3 Unit, lasted for 2 days, namely Tuesday, August 15 and Wednesday, August 16, 2023 in Room A.A.G. Sudewa Djelantik, CVU Building, Denpasar, attended by 149 specialist students.

 

On the first day, the material started with Submission of Rules during the PPDS-1 education period at Prof. IGNG Ngoerah Hospital/FK UNUD, then continued with the Philosophy of Prof. IGNG Ngoerah Hospital which was delivered by the main director of Prof. IGNG Hospital. Ngoerah, dr. I Wayan Sudana, M. Kes. The event continued with the delivery of material on Doctor Professionalism, Good Learner and Clinician, Good Presentation, and Principles of scientific writing delivered by a team of lecturers at Udayana Faculty of Medicine.

 

The second day was continued with pertor socialization and bullying technical guidelines at Udayana University by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Prof. dr. Ady Wirawan, MPH, PhD. Next, a presentation on the Philosophy of Medical Education at the Faculty of Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, was presented by the Dean of the Udayana Faculty of Medicine, Dr.dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes.

 

The next session was followed by practicing the material given in the previous material, namely there were role play sessions, power point presentations and journal review presentations to prepare students to understand bullying and scientific principles during education.
