DOKTOR PROMOTION SESSION BAGUS ARYA KUSUMA, S.Sos., M.M. DOCTORAL STUDY PROGRAM IN ECONOMICS FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS UDAYANA UNIVERSITY

The Bali Provincial Government established a tourism village development program to nine regencies/cities in Bali with the aim of equalizing economic distribution and generating a creative economy and encouraging independent villages. Tabanan Regency, which implements the tourism village program, is an agricultural area famous for its subak which is thick with the nuances of Tri Hita Karana, has succeeded in forming 25 tourism villages. However, most of the 25 tourist villages still lack economic impact. There are several things that affect the welfare of the tourist village community, including the role of government, community participation, the implementation of Tri Hita Karana and the management of tourist villages.

 

 

On this happy occasion Monday, June 19, 2023 Promovendus Bagus Arya Kusuma, S.Sos., M.M. delivered his dissertation with the topic: Analysis of Community Welfare in Tri Hita Karana-Based Tourism Village Management.

 

 

The objectives of this study are: To analyze: 1) test and analyze the effect of the implementation of Tri Hita Karana, community participation and the role of government on the performance of tourism village management. 2) To test and analyze the effect of the implementation of Tri Hita Karana, community participation, the role of government and the performance of tourism village management on the welfare of tourism village communities in Tabanan Regency. 3) To examine and analyze the indirect effect of the implementation of Tri Hita Karana, community participation and the role of government on the welfare of tourist village communities in Tabanan Regency through the performance of tourism village management.

 

 

 

This Doctoral Promotion Session was held Offline, the Promoter of Promovendus was Prof. Dr. Ni Nyoman Yuliarmi, S.E., M.P. and Copromoter I Prof. Dr. Dra. Anak Agung Istri Ngurah Marhaeni, M.S. and Copromoter II Dr. Putu Ayu Pramitha Purwanti, S.E., M.Si.

 

 

 

The Doctoral Promotion Examination was led by the Chairperson of the Session which on this occasion was led by Mrs. Koprodi, Prof. Dr. Ni Nyoman Yuliarmi, S.E., M.P. Promovendus works as a Lecturer at Tabanan University, entrepreneur (Director of Padma Medikal Husada), and Chairman of the Management of Mulia Prosperous Cooperative. With 4 academic invitations: Dr. I Gusti Made Dharma Hartawan, SE,. M. M, Dr. I Wayan Terimajaya, S.E., M.M., M.H., Dr. Gde Bagus Brahma Putra, S.E., M.Si., M.Par., Dr. Ni Kadek Sinarwati, SE, M.Si., Ak Promovendus successfully passed the exam with a Satisfactory predicate.
