Clinical Teacher Training for Specialist Study Program Students at Udayana University's Faculty of Medicine, Even Semester T.A. 2022/2023.
The Professional Education Implementation Coordination Unit (KP3) together with the Education Coordinating Committee (Komkordik) of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University/Prof Ngoerah Hospital held a Clinical Teacher Training activity for Specialist Study Program Students at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year.
Clinical Teacher Training chaired by Dr. dr. Dyah Kanya Wati, Sp.A(K) and coordinated by Dr. dr. I Wayan Juli Semadi, Sp.PA(K) and dr. Ekawati, M.Repro, Sp.PA was carried out with the aim that new specialist study program students can provide teaching for young doctors who will serve in Teaching Hospitals.
The activity which took place on Thursday, January 19 2023 in rooms 4.01 and 4.02 of FK Udayana involved 159 new students and 9 lecturers who provided material in 3 sessions.
The first session on Introduction to Clinical Education consisted of the Role of the Comordinator of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University/Prof Ngoerah Hospital in Improving the Quality of Clinical Education in Hospitals, Competency Standards for Indonesian Doctors, and Role Models. The second session includes material on Bed Side Teaching, Case Based Discussion, and Positive Constructive Feedback. The last session, namely the Clinical Education Evaluation Method, consisted of material on Mini-CEX, Direct Observation Procedural Skills (DOPS), and Multi Source Feedback (MSF).
After three sessions of material presentation, the event continued with workshops conducted per Study Program Department. The workshop, which involved 15 lecturers from 15 departments of the study program, also aims to enable students to be more intensive in applying the material previously provided.
