Improving the Quality of Graduates, Specialist Orthopedic and Traumatology Study Program Unud FK Organizes Continuing Medical Education

 

In order to improve the quality of knowledge and skills, the Orthopedic and Traumatology Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University carries out Continuing Medical Education (PKB) offline at the Swiss-Bell Watujimbar hotel, Sanur, Denpasar (02/07/2022).

Continuing Medical Education was opened with remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes., who on this occasion expressed his hope that this Continuing Medical Education can provide an increase in the quality of knowledge and skills for doctors who serve the community.

Present as resource persons in this PKB include:

 1. Prof. Dr. dr. I Ketut Siki Kawiyana, Sp.B, Sp.OT (K), brought material about Orthopedic Pediatric Trauma

 2. Prof. Dr. dr. Putu Astawa, M.Kes, Sp.OT (K) brought material about Orthopedic Oncology Trauma

 3. Dr. dr. Made Bramantya Karna, Sp.OT (K) brought Upper Extremity Trauma material

 4. dr. Cokorda Gde Oka Dharmayuda, Sp.OT (K) brought Lower Extremity Trauma material

 5. Dr. dr. I Gusti Lanang N.A. Artha Wiguna, Sp.OT (K) brought Spine Trauma material

 6. dr. I Wayan Subawa, Sp.OT (K) presented Lower Extremity Splinting and Casting Workshop

 7. dr. Putu Feryawan Meregawa, M.Biomed, Sp.OT presented Upper Extremity Splinting and Casting Workshop material

The implementation of the PKB began with a material session and a question and answer session filled out by the resource persons. This activity was also attended by the Director of HR of Sanglah Hospital, Dr. dr. Ketut Ariawati, Sp.A (K).

This event was well received and considered useful by the participants seen from the enthusiasm of the participants during this event.
