Wednesday, May 18, 2022. The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University has held a Good Governance Training at the Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Gd. AA Dean of Fapet Unud Bukit Jimbaran starting at 09.00 – 12.00 WITA. This activity was opened directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Tirta Ariana, MS., IPU. and was attended by the Deputy Deans, Chair of the Senate, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Coordinators, Administrative Coordinators, Sub Coordinators, Chair of BEM, Chair of BPM, Committees at Fapet Unud.

This training event took the theme "Effective Communication in Building Excellent Service at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University", presenting speakers, namely Prof. Dr. Ir. James Hellyward, M.S., IPU., ASEAN Eng. from Andalas University with Dr. Ir. Anak Agung Ayu Sri Trisnadewi, M.P. The purpose of this training is to increase knowledge, motivation, and improve excellent service within the Faculty of Animal Science, Udayana University to the academic community of Fapet Unud through effective and efficient communication so that the teaching and learning process in Fapet Unud can run well and smoothly. The head of the training committee is Ni Luh Putu Dewi Agustini, SE. in his report said that the Excellent Governance Training is expected to increase knowledge, motivation, and improve excellent service within the Faculty of Animal Science, Udayana University. His party also expressed great hope that the implementation of this training could provide benefits in providing excellent service to the Fapet Unud academic community. This training activity lasted for 1 day and was attended by participants consisting of lecturers, employees, and representatives of students.

Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Unud, Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Tirta Ariana, MS., IPU. in his speech said that this training is needed especially in the ranks of leaders and also employees, how to communicate well, employees in greeting and serving students, students also in greeting both employees and lecturers. "The theme of this training is about excellent communication and service, I think something is lacking there so it needs to be refreshed like all of us. On this occasion, I also feel the need, especially in the ranks of the dean leadership, how his experience in mobilizing human resources at Unand, let's listen to it, where there is another side that we don't have yet, we don't feel we can apply it, “said Tirta.

The material presented by the speakers was about Effective Communication by Prof. Dr. Ir. James Hellyward, M.S., IPU., ASEAN Eng., then continued with a discussion session guided by the Moderator. Finally, Souvenirs and Certificates were presented by the Dean to the resource persons.
