Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Congratulations and success to I Ketut Sukadana on the Promotion of Doctor of Law Science on Thursday (04/01/2024) in the Hall of FH UNUD Denpasar Campus. The doctoral promotion was led directly by the Dean of FH UNUD (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, S.H., M.Hum). 

Dr. I Ketut Sukadana successfully defended his dissertation entitled "Reconceptualization of Pamidanda Kasepekang in Awig-Awig of Customary Villages in Bali: Perspective of Community Development and NKRI Principles" in front of the Promoter Team: Prof. Dr. I Wayan Windia, S.H., M.Si, Dr. I Ketut Sudantra, S.H., M.H. and Prof. Dr. A.A. Istri Ari Atu Dewi, S.H., M.H along with 4 other examiners. His dissertation raised 3 (three) legal issues, namely: Philosophical problems (injustice arises for the community), juridical problems (enforcement is not in accordance with the meaning/concept) and sociological problems (pros and cons in the community) regarding pamidanda kasepekang in the awig-awig of traditional villages in Bali.
