Street Law Student Legal Clinic Contract Drafting at SMAN 1 Denpasar: Exploring Cooperation Contracts in Event Organizing

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - 17 students and lecturers accompanying the FH UNUD Contract Drafting Law Clinic course conducted socialization with the topic "Exploring Cooperation Contracts in Event Organizing" to students of SMAN 1 Denpasar at the Multi Media Room on Monday (11/12/2023). This topic was chosen because students of SMAN 1 Denpasar often organize events or art activities involving partners that need to be outlined in a contract.

The activity was attended by the Principal (M. Rida, S.Pd., M.pd), Vice Principal, several teachers and 50 students of SMAN 1 Denpasar. Students of the Contract Drafting Law Clinic who directly presented the material and held interactive discussions with the students. This socialization is one form of street law which is an experiential component of the Contract Drafting Law Clinic. Experiential component (in the form of practical activities in the field) has a greater portion than the planning component (material obtained in class) and this is one of the characteristics of the legal clinic learning method.
