FGD on the Draft Law on Regional Regulations, Authority and Local Wisdom of the Special Capital Region of the Archipelago Government with the IKN Authority

Jakarta, FLUNUD.ac.id - The Legal Team of the Capital City of the Archipelago (IKN) FH UNUD held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) "Draft Law on Regional Regulations, Authority and Local Wisdom of the Special Regional Government of the Capital City of the Archipelago" on November 13-14, 2023 at the Office of the Authorities of the Capital City of the Archipelago, 17th Floor of Menara Mandiri 2, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav . 54-55, South Jakarta. 

The IKN Law Team of FH UNUD led by the Dean (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, S.H., M.Hum), Team Leader (Prof. Dr. I.B. Wyasa Putra, S.H., M.Hum and 10 lecturers team members were received directly by the Head of the IKN Authority Legal and Compliance Unit (Ida Bagus Nyoman Wiswantanu, S.H., M.H).

The FGD presented several Directors of the IKN Authority, Director of Law (Dr. Agung Purnomo, S.H., M.Hum.), Director of Macro Planning (Dr. Agustomi Masik, M.Dev.Plg.), Director of Supervision, Monitoring and Evaluation (Ferdinand Kana Lo, S.T., M.T.), Director of Forestry and Water Resources Utilization Development (Pungky Widiaryanto, S.Hut., M.Sc.) and Director of Basic Services (Dr. Suwito, SKM, M.Kes.). The Law Team of IKN FH UNUD obtained information, data and input needed to improve the draft law regulating the territory, authority and local wisdom of the Special Capital Region Government of the Archipelago.
