Closing of Judicial Observation Activities of the UNUD Code of Ethics and Advocacy Clinic and Socialization of PMKH Prevention in the Semarapura District Court Environment

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Thursday (21/09/2023) at the Semarapura District Court (PN), the laboratory stage was closed in the form of observing judicial institutions and socializing the prevention of Degrading Judges' Honor (PMKH) in the judicial environment by the UNUD Code of Ethics and Advocacy Clinic Team. The laboratory stage of the Code of Ethics and Advocacy Clinic was filled with several activities such as observation of judicial institutions, simulation of handling PMKH in the judicial environment and socialization of PMKH prevention targeting the public (visitors) of Semarapura District Court with various supporting media such as flayer distribution and explanation of PMKH prevention posters and banners.
The socialization was also accompanied by the implementation of Podcasts organized by the Clinic Team by inviting several resource persons from both Semarapura District Court Judges and Representatives of the Bali Province Judicial Commission (KY) Liaison Commission. Various series of laboratory activities are expected to increase the understanding of students, elements of the judicial environment and the public regarding the importance of fulfilling judicial standards, especially related to trial order and trial security systems in an effort to prevent FMD in the judicial environment.
The laboratory stage of the Code of Ethics and Advocacy Clinic was held for (3) days at the Semarapura District Court, closed by expressing gratitude for the warm reception to the Semarapura District Court by the Head of the Clinic Team (Dr. Ni Nengah Adiyaryani, S.H., M.H.). Then the activity was officially closed by the Head of Semarapura District Court (Wayan Dewi Sukrani, S.H.) by expressing appreciation for the implementation of synergistic activities between Semarapura District Court, UNUD and KY.
It is hoped that the activity can provide benefits for strengthening the judicial system and in the future cooperation can be carried out in other forms involving between institutions including in supporting the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) program. The closing activity was also attended by the Secretary of the Semarapura District Court, the Mentor Team from the Lab Lecturer / Procedural Law Section of FH UNUD and students participating in the 2023 Clinic.
