Psychology Volunteer Team (TRILOGI) Provides Disaster Socialization and Psychological First Aid at SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi, Badung

 

PeKa (Care for You) Function, Social Service Subdivision, Special Division, Psychology Volunteer Team, Psychology Student Association, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University held Care for You III activities for class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi. This activity will be held on Saturday, September 16 2023 and is located at SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi, Badung.

PeKa III activities were carried out on the school grounds of SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi. The series of PeKa III activities was divided into 2 sessions, namely the Disaster Socialization session and Psychological First Aid (PFA) Socialization session which was accompanied by questions and answers and giving rewards to the most active students, then continued with the Simulation Session on the Application of Psychological First Aid (PFA) Techniques, Earthquake Evacuation Simulation Bumi and giving impressions and messages by representatives of class VII students and ending with the handover of the Disaster and Psychological First Aid (PFA) Module to the School.

The event was opened by the Head of SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi, I Ketut Sumerta, S.Pd., M.Pd., and was also attended by the Head of the Psychology Student Association who on this occasion was represented by the Head of Information and Communication, Jevelyn Shelian, Coordinator of the Volunteer Team Psychology, represented by the Treasurer of the Psychology Volunteer Team, Indira Elvana Lunggita as well as representatives from SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi, I Ketut Swanda, S.Pd., and all PeKa III Volunteers who are active members of the Psychology Volunteer Team from Psychology Undergraduate Study Program students class of 2021 and 2022 The event ran successfully and smoothly with the enthusiasm of 283 students from SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi.
