Located in Dr. A A. Made Djelantik, FK Denpasar Building, Faculty of Medicine held a Leadership Meeting chaired directly by the Dean of FK Unud, Dr. Dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes., and attended by Deputy Deans, Study Program Coordinators, Department Heads and Unit Coordinators. On this occasion, the Dean of FK Unud conveyed several things including:

1. Information on Rapim Unud.

2. Celebration of the 61st Anniversary of Unud

3. The numbering of the National Diploma (PIN) and the study period must be on time

4. Extension of the contracts of retired lecturers

5. Budget absorption of each study program

6. Filling in BKD in SIMDOS

7. Lecturer attendance information via Udayana Mobile

From the academic section, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning FK Unud, Dr. Dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT(K) conveyed regarding:

1. Preparation of FK Academic Guidelines

2. Faculty Strategic Plan Achievements

3. ASIIN accreditation

4. Research and community service

5. The PAK team and scientific work validators

6. Achievement of the Dean's performance contract with the Chancellor of Udayana University in 2023 second quarter

7. Realization of the budget for the Research and Community Service Unit

8. Realization of the budget for the Development, Learning and Quality Assurance Unit

9. Realization of IPE Unit budget

10. Budget realization for the Travel Medicine Unit

In general and finance, Deputy Dean of Public and Finance FK Unud, Dr. Dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes., conveyed about:
