Accreditation Field Assessment for Dermatology and Venereology Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University
The Independent Accreditation Institute for Health Higher Education (LAM-PTKes) conducted a field assessment for the Accreditation of the Dermatology and Venereology Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. This accreditation is carried out in order to maintain and improve the quality of education and services at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.
Located in Dr. A A Made Djelantik, FK Unud-Denpasar Building, field assessment by LAM-PTKes was held for 3 days from 4 to 6 May 2023 with 2 assessors namely:
1.Dr. dr. Satya Wydya Yenny, Sp.KK(K), M.Ag, FINSDV, FAADV (Assessor 1)
2.Dr. dr. Khairuddin Djawad, Sp.KK(K), FINSDV, FAADV (Assessor 2)
The event began with remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes and was opened by the Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs at Udayana University, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Gede Rai Maya Temaja, M.P., IPU.
Dr. Januartha in his speech said that the accreditation process is a quality assurance process that aims to produce competent and qualified graduates desired by the community.
"We ask the assessor team to provide as much input and direction so that in the future the Dermatology and Venereology Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University can make better development efforts. We hope that the Dermatology and Venereology Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University can obtain superior accreditation," he said.
Meanwhile, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Prof. Rai Maya Temaja said that Udayana University really supports education at the Faculty of Medicine by continuing to provide support from human resources and infrastructure.
"Our hope is that with the performance of the study program and the support of the Department and other stakeholders, the Dermatology and Venereology Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, will get a Excellent score." he said
This activity was also attended by the Main Director of RSUP Prof. dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah, Head of the Bali Provincial Health Office, Head of Prodia Bali Branch, Plt. Main Director of Udayana Hospital, Head of Udayana University LP3M, Head of USDI, Head of Udayana Library, Director and representatives of network hospitals, Chair of the Faculty of Medicine Senate, Deputy Deans of FK Unud, Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Coordinators, and the entire team Accreditation Task Force.
Today's assessment agenda is;
1. Meeting of the assessor team with the head of the study program management unit and practice vehicle.
2. Discussion of the assessor team with the head of the Study Program management unit.
3. Interviews and assessments of lecturers who teach in the study program.
4. Interviews and assessments of the adequacy of educational staff regarding academic and non-academic services.
5. Interviews and assessments with alumni and students representing all students from each batch regarding academic and non-academic services.
6. Visitation of the assessor team to the Main Teaching Hospital.
