FK Unud is introduced through a roadshow, championship, and exhibition.
Medicine-Faculty Open Roadshow, Championship, and Exhibition (M-FORCE) 2023 carries the theme "Enriching the Understanding and Elucidate your Capacity on Pediatric Disorder", with the jargon, "Sharpen Your Mind, Break Your Limitation". M-FORCE is a competition for SMA/SMK/equivalent students throughout Indonesia in the field of science through competitions in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Basic Medicine. In addition, M-FORCE is also a forum for introducing the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University to the general public.
The series of activities from M-FORCE 2023 include roadshows that have been held offline and online, a preliminary round which took place on Saturday, 7 January 2023. In addition, there are 3 main days on 28-29 January 2023 which include quarterfinal round activities , semifinal and final round, and open house.
On Saturday, January 7 2023 an online preliminary round was held. The activity began with an opening by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof.dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D. In his remarks Prof. Ady said that this Olympiad activity was very well implemented to help SMA/SMK/equivalent students throughout Indonesia in measuring their abilities in the fields of science and medicine.
"I feel proud because through this activity, we can simultaneously introduce the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, especially the 6 study programs in it," he added.
Also attending today's event were the Coordinators of the Undergraduate Study Program at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, and the Chairperson of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.
After the opening of the event, the participants were guided to enter the meeting room according to the distribution and start working on the questions with their team. Participants will work on this competition from their homes while still being supervised by the committee online. Then, 25 teams that managed to get the highest score will be sought to enter the next round.
The quarterfinal round will be held offline at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University using a rally post system which will later be divided into 12 posts, with details of 6 posts representing 6 study programs at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, 2 science posts, and 2 games posts. The semifinal and final rounds will be held offline in the Environment of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University with a systematic quiz competition and basic clinical skills. In addition, there was an open house to introduce the Udayana University Faculty of Medicine and its 6 study programs.
M-FORCE participants are divided into three major regions according to the division of Indonesian time zones, namely region I (western part of Indonesia time zones, such as the islands of Sumatra, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan and Java), region II (central Indonesian time zones, such as East Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Bali, Nusa Tenggara and Sulawesi), and region III (eastern Indonesia's time zone, such as Maluku and Papua).
