Preparation for Internships, Faculty of Animal Science Unud Explores 3 Internship Locations
The Faculty of Animal Science, Udayana University is exploring 3 (three) locations for internships in Bali. (Friday, June 24, 2022). The three internship sites visited were: 1. Sobangan Livestock Center, Mengwi District, Badung Regency; 2. “Jaya Farm” UD. Aget Mupu, Marga District, Tabanan Regency; 3. CV. Timan Agung, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency. This visit was represented by the Deputy Dean I for Academic Affairs and Planning, Dr. Ir. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Sc., IPM., Coordinator of the Master of Animal Science Study Program, Faculty of Animal Science, Unud, Dr. Ir. Ni Wayan Siti, M.Sc., and the Coordinator of the Information Management and Cooperation Unit (UPIKS) of the Faculty of Animal Science, Unud, Dr. Eny Puspani, S.Pt., M.Sc.
The purpose of the visit is to find a place for internships/practice for students so that they can apply knowledge or competencies from the world of education to the world of work and students can understand the real work system of the professional world. At the Sobangan Livestock Center, the Center staff received Mr. I Ketut Ariasa, S.Pt., Mrs. drh. Ni Komang Asni, M, Si and IGN. Arya Winata, S.Pt.. The center received well and was willing to accommodate Unud Fapet students for internships at the Sobangan Livestock Center. The next visit to UD. Aget Mupu owned by Mr. I Ketut Jaya Ada, S.Pt. engaged in pig farming. Last visited CV. Timan Agung which is owned by Mr. Anak Agung Nyoman Wijana. Mr. Agung's business is in the field of processing organic fertilizers.
