Welcoming Nusantara Milk Day 2022, BEM-KM FAPET UNUD Service Degree at SD 3 Bukian Payangan, Gianyar

Saturday, June 4, 2022. The Student Executive Board of the Animal Science Student Family at Udayana University (BEM-KM FAPET UNUD) held a service at SD 3 Bukian Payangan, Gianyar Regency for 2 days to commemorate the 2022 archipelago milk day which falls on June 1, 2022. With the theme the activity of "Joint Devotion and Contribution for the Realization of Healthy and Active Children". This activity was opened directly by the Deputy Dean III for Student Affairs and Information at the Faculty of Animal Science, Udayana University, Dr. I Nyoman Sumerta Miwada, S.Pt., MP. and attended by the Head of BEM-KM Faculty of Animal Science, Udayana University, teachers and students of SD 3 Bukian Payangan Gianyar.

Deputy Dean III of the Faculty of Animal Science, Udayana University, Dr. I Nyoman Sumerta Miwada, S.Pt., M.P., in his speech expressed his appreciation to the Committee for organizing this service activity. "We hope that by carrying out this activity, it can increase public awareness or children about the importance of information and consumption about milk," said Dr. Sumerta.

The purpose of this milk day activity is to increase public awareness or children about the importance of information and consumption about milk. So that later it is hoped that children will know information about milk through the education provided, also children can consume milk because there is free milk distribution.

The agenda for the first day's activities were: opening, presentation of material (education about milk), showing animated videos, distributing milk to children, and closing and taking a group photo. For the second days the agenda of activities included: joint exercise, distribution of water and bread to children for breakfast, games, announcement of game winners, closing and group photos.
